WORLD FOOD DAY
As a part of World Food Day an awareness session on “ Bio fertilizers, Eco friendly agriculture and organic farming ’’ was organized on 16/10/2018 by the Dept. of Food Technology. The talk was delivered by Dr. K E Usha, Professor and Head, Central Nursery KAU.
In connection with World Food Day, Dept of Food Technology organized a Quiz on 16/10/2018 on the topics Food safety, Nutrition and Food security.

Dept of Food Technology organized a one day certificate program on ‘’Food Safety supervisor ‘’ on 16/02/2020 in association with Mr. Subin Jose, Senior Resource Person, Dairy Food.
As a part of World Food Day a nutritious cookery demonstration was organized by the dept. of Food Technology associated with Nestle Pvt Ltd. The demonstration was led by Mrs Sera Paul, Regional Promotion Officer, Nestle Pvt Ltd.
