‘Bahuswara’ the disability cell of Christ College empowers the disabled students by providing a conducive atmosphere for them. Disability cell, not only addresses the grievances but also tries to impart inclusive education in Christ College.
Objectives
- Provide opportunities for education of disabled students as per the state and central legislations.
- Educate disabled students about their rights and opportunities for career enhancement.
- Gather information from disabled students about their specific requirements (ramps, lifts, scribe for exams, study materials etc..)
- To redress the grievances registered if any at the earliest.
Mechanism
Disabled students can directly approach the Head of the Institution with the complaint.
The student may also report to the convener of disability cell about the complaint or can register the complaint through the online grievance portal.
