In the academic year 2017-18, Spicmacay could coordinate a traditional Manipuri dance performance done by Mr. Sinam Basu Singh, the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva awardee, at Christ College Auditorium on 9th October 2017. The programme embodied a lecture, demonstration and an interactive session with students of the college on the various aspects of Manipuri dance.

The next performance was by Dr. Kalamandalam Rachitha Ravi, an assistant professor at Kerala Kalamandalam a maestro in the field of Mohiniyattam. It was a lecture cum demonstration session arranged in the auditorium dated 4th December 2018.
